Skin is the largest organ in the human body. It can be nourished both from the inside and outside. Skin is mainly composed of three layers namely the Epidermis, Dermis and Sub-cutis. Skin health is basically maintained with simple, fresh and unprocessed nutrients through the diet, sufficient water intake and adequate rest and relaxation. The lifestyle we follow and other external factors affect the skin health in many ways.
