Services at Dhathri Ayurveda Hospital & Panchakarma are provided and managed by Dhathri Ayurveda Hospital & Panchakarma Centre. We reserve the right to correct any errors and modify tariffs without prior notice.

Booking Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Room assignments are subject to change within the same category. We reserve the right to upgrade guests to an equivalent or higher room category. Specific room requests are honored only with advance payment and three months prior notice.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment and on a package basis. Failure to make timely payments may result in booking cancellation without further notice. We are not responsible for declined credit card payments.

Refund Policy

Cash refunds are not offered as per our refund policy. Instead, we will refund the equivalent amount through the respective payment gateways used for the purchase.

For purchases made via Internet banking, credit cards, and gift cards, refunds will be processed through the corresponding payment gateways. You can expect the refund status to reflect in your bank account within 7 working days from the date of refund initiation.
