Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a refund after deducting 25% of the booking amount as a cancellation fee, along with applicable banking charges.
-Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy:
-Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-4 business days after cancellation approval.
-Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
-Any banking fees or transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.
3. Modification & Rescheduling Policy:
-Modifications to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original check-in date.
4. No-Show Policy:
-If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Force Majeure Clause:
-In case of natural calamities, pandemics, or government restrictions, rescheduling options may be provided at the discretion of the hospital.
